Therapy Asst

• Assist Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and/or Speech Therapists in supervising patients and implementing therapy interventions. 

• Apply prescribed therapeutic modalities for routine patients and perform simple assessments under therapist oversight. 

• Conduct group therapy sessions for low-complexity patients. 

• Support training and development of junior Therapy Assistant and students through orientations, supervision assistance, and delivery of selected training modules. 

• Manage operational and administrative tasks, including:  

• Reporting daily manpower needs and scheduling  

• Assisting in duty roster planning 

• Housekeeping and equipment maintenance 

• Ensuring inventory standards 

Requirements 

• Education: Diploma or relevant certification in therapy assistance or healthcare support. 

• Experience: Prior experience in therapy or rehabilitation settings preferred. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions under supervision. 

• Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
