About the Role

As a Technical Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality training programmes by providing reliable technical and operational support. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in operational excellence, and works well as part of a strong, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage AV and simulation equipment for training courses
• Perform pre-course testing and provide real-time technical support
• Configure training spaces based on course needs
• Maintain equipment inventory, servicing and documentation
• Support venue bookings (internal & external), including setup and coordination
• Maintain accurate booking records for reports, billing and tracking of revenue/transactions
• Work with IT on system support and ensure safety compliance
• Support department’s digital transformation initiatives through technology adoption and process improvement recommendations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in AV/technical support, preferably in healthcare, education or training settings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic IT proficiency
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
