  • Lead NHG’s employer branding and outreach strategy to position it as a leading Public Healthcare Institution.
  • Drive engagement through campus outreach, career events, digital campaigns and professional networks.
  • Develop compelling recruitment campaigns, content and experiences that attract top local and global talent.

  • Partner stakeholders across the organisation to enhance:
    • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) capabilities
    • Candidate experience across the hiring journey
    • Adoption of digital tools and AI to modernise Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee agency strategy and optimise recruitment channels for impact.

  1. Leverage Data to Drive Impact

  • Lead cluster-level reporting and analytics, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Optimise hiring outcomes through strong budget management, performance tracking and continuous improvement.

  1. Lead & Influence
  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of recruiters across clinical domains.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across institutions to align priorities and deliver results.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, performance and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in hiring.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with proven leadership track record.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex environments.
  • Comfortable with data, reporting and analytics at scale.
  • Passion for building employer brand, improving processes and driving outcomes.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation while managing multiple priorities.
