Job Descriptions

1. Conducts clinical supervision and teaching to enable nursing students to translate theoretical knowledge to patient-centered care in order to bridge clinical competency gaps.
2. Plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates clinical training of nursing students in the assigned clinical areas.
3. Assesses, reviews, promotes and feedback to relevant party to achieve excellence patient care standards in the clinical setting.
4. Appraises and utilises the evidence-based practices related to the field of supervision.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Preferably possess post graduate in education or its equivalent
• State Registered Nurse
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in nursing education
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage and work well with different stakeholders
