The Challenges
You will be responsible for the clinical leadership, operational management, and clinical governance of the ward or residential unit. You will ensure nursing practices comply with SNB Standards of Nursing Practice and HCSA regulations. You will lead the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based, and person-centered care tailored to outpatient settings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Relevant Advanced Diploma, Post-Graduate Diploma or Specialist Diploma in Nursing (e.g. Oncology or Palliative Care) is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Prior experience in SOC or chemotherapy unit is preferred
