The Challenges
- Assist in the delivery of nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or physician.
- Perform general clinic nursing duties, including phlebotomy and assisting in clinic‑based procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Support pre‑ and post‑procedure care, admission coordination, and discharge processes.
- Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure smooth and safe patient care delivery.
- Conduct Eye and Foot Screening according to clinic protocols, and promptly escalate “At‑Risk” findings to the supervising Registered Nurse, physician, and/or Podiatrist as required.
- Provide basic patient education, counselling support, and monitoring for chronic disease management and health promotion under supervision.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer or department management.
Job Requirements
- NITEC / Higher NITEC in Nursing
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant clinical or outpatient nursing experience preferred.
- Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Adaptable, responsible, and able to function well in a fast‑paced clinic environment.
