Storekeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Assistant to join our pharmacy team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care through medication management and quality control processes.

Repackaging Operations

·       Plan items for repackaging and prepare worksheets

·       Perform repackaging of products i.e. paste a barcode label onto each unit of the product.

·       Perform deblistering of product i.e. remove tablets/capsules from the blister.

·       Top up finished product into storage bins in pharmacy.

Equipment Maintenance

·       Maintain strict cleanliness protocols by cleaning and disinfecting repackaging equipment ie deblistering machine,           ATDPS, tablet counting machine.

Inventory Control

·       Perform cycle count, stock take expiry date check and housekeeping in pharmacy and Omnicell.

·       Pick products for top-up into Omnicells cabinets.

·       Monitor, order and receive stocks in pharmacy.

·       Upload data to update inventory system.

General

·       Help promote a working environment of collegiality and effective teamwork.

·       Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Head of Department

Requirements:

·       Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred.

·       Ability to follow strict protocols and grooming standards.

·       Good time management skills.

·       Team player with good communication skills.
