Storekeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Assistant to join our pharmacy team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care through medication management and quality control processes.

• Part time staff.
• 3 working days per week. Negotiable workdays.
• Working hours: 0900 to 1730

Repackaging Operations

• Plan items for repackaging and prepare worksheets
• Perform repackaging of products i.e. paste a barcode label onto each unit of the product.
• Perform deblistering of product i.e. remove tablets/capsules from the blister.
• Top up finished product into storage bins in pharmacy.

Equipment Maintenance

• Maintain strict cleanliness protocols by cleaning and disinfecting repackaging equipment ie deblistering machine, ATDPS, tablet counting machine.

Inventory Control

• Perform cycle count, stock take expiry date check and housekeeping in pharmacy and Omnicell.
• Pick products for top-up into Omnicells cabinets.
• Monitor, order and receive stocks in pharmacy.
• Upload data to update inventory system.

General

• Help promote a working environment of collegiality and effective teamwork.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Head of Department

Requirements:

• Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to follow strict protocols and grooming standards.
• Good time management skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
