Staff Nurse / Sr Staff Nurse (Clinic 5A)

The Challenges

You need to demonstrate high standard of patient care by performing clinical nursing procedures that meet the patients' immediate physical and emotional needs.

Job Descriptions

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care.
• Provide safe and competent care to the patients who are with medical oncological and haematological conditions.
• Performs clinic generic nursing duties like administer medication, blood taking and assisting in clinic procedures.
• Collaborates with the physicians and other allied health professionals, for a smooth delivery of patient care.
• Engage in nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education on disease management and health promotion.
• Any other duties as delegated by the department reporting officer.
• Any experience in Oncology is preferable

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment as well as being flexible and open to changes.
