What You Will Drive
- Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care in accordance with hospital guidelines and professional standards.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, plan and implement care, and evaluate patient progress, taking the lead in more complex cases when in a senior position.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures accurately and safely, providing guidance to junior staff as needed.
- Monitor patient conditions, anticipate risks, and escalate concerns promptly, demonstrating sound clinical judgement expected at senior levels.
- Educate patients and caregivers to support understanding, recovery, and long‑term health management, including mentoring others in patient education techniques where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support continuity and coordination of care, facilitating care discussions or workflow planning when in a senior role.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development, with senior nurses expected to contribute to service improvement and practice enhancement.
- Support orientation, supervision, and informal coaching of junior nurses or students when in a senior position, fostering a positive team culture and modelling professional nursing practice.

What You Bring
Education & Registration
- Registered Nurse with valid registration under the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Post‑basic or specialty certification is an advantage.
Experience
- Staff Nurse: Open to both entry‑level and experienced nurses.
- Senior Staff Nurse: Typically requires 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience with demonstrated competency.
