Staff Nurse I / II

About the Role
As a Staff Nurse in NHG Polyclinics, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive healthcare services to the community. You will have opportunities to develop strong clinical skills, promote healthy living and support patients in managing their health conditions across different stages of life. Whether it is supporting preventive health, chronic disease management or patient education, you will play an important role in helping patients achieve better health outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Provide safe and compassionate nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols
- Perform health assessments, screenings and nursing procedures
- Educate and support patients in managing their health and treatment plans
- Work closely with various health care members and community partners to provide coordinated care
- Monitor patients’ conditions and respond appropriately to changes in their health status
- Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives
- Participate in training and development opportunities to build your clinical expertise
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Nursing,
A valid Enrolled Nurse licence with the Singapore Nursing Board is required.
The ideal candidate is passionate about caring for patients and serving the community, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should have positive attitude and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
