Sr/Associate Executive, Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Executive to support the Talent Acquisition team in interview coordination, recruitment operations, and administrative activities. This role provides exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, including candidate engagement, basic sourcing, and recruitment analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Send interview invitations, confirmations, and reminders in a timely and professional manner
- Arrange interview logistics (virtual platforms, meeting rooms, assessments)
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
Recruitment Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support documentation, data entry, and recruitment-related administrative processes
- Assist with preparation of employment documentation and onboarding coordination where required
Sourcing & Screening Support
- Support basic resume screening and candidate shortlisting
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and internal channels
- Engage candidates for initial outreach and interview coordination
Data & Reporting
- Support the preparation of recruitment reports (e.g., hiring progress, interview status)
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness within recruitment systems
Team & Engagement Support
- Support employer branding activities, career events, or engagement initiatives when required
- Assist in coordinating TA or HR-related projects and events
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR, recruitment, coordination, or administrative roles will be an advantage
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors, is an advantage
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow
