Sr Retail Asst, Retail Pharmacy Services
Job Description:
- Support the smooth day-to-day management of the retail pharmacy, including efficient operations across cashier counters and shop floor activities.
- Inventory Management: Responsible for optimal retail stock management encompassing stock ordering, expiry date checks, returns and refunds, and cycle stock counts, while maintaining neat and well-merchandised product displays.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent product advisory service to customers and patients with in-depth knowledge across various product categories. This includes processing clinicians' orders for healthcare products and ensuring the accurate administration of applicable subsidies and financial assistance schemes.
- Home Delivery Orders: Ensure timely and accurate home delivery order fulfilment and assist home delivery customers with related enquiries.
- Payment Collection: Perform counter closing duties and assist in payment collection as required.
- Assist in the timely & accurate update of product information across various systems eg. online product catalogue, pricing records
Job Requirements
- EDUCATION: Preferably 3 “O” levels with relevant experience
- EXPERIENCE: Preferably minimum 1-year relevant experience
