We are seeking dedicated Psychologists to join our expanding team across the NHG Health institutions.

The main role includes delivering psychological assessment, intervention, and support for individuals across various care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments, including psychometric testing, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments.
Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy using evidence‑based modalities.
Develop holistic treatment plans tailored to patients’ psychological, behavioral, and emotional needs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex cases and support integrated care.
Design and conduct workshops, psychoeducation programmes, and/or group sessions for patients, caregivers, or the community.
Contribute to mental health promotion initiatives and quality improvement projects within the department.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in clinical / applied psychology
Eligible for registration or registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
Commitment to provide compassionate and patient-centred care
Senior position will be considered for applicants with relevant experience
