Sr / Pharmacist

We are seeking dedicated Pharmacist to join our expanding team across the NHG Health institutions.

The main role includes ensuring the safe, effective, and optimal use of medications through clinical review, patient counselling, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical review and verification of medication orders to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and patient safety.
• Dispense medications accurately and provide counselling to patients and drug‑related guidance to healthcare professionals.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including supervision of staff and ensuring proper medication supply, procurement, storage, and documentation.
• Support quality improvement, medication safety initiatives, and continuous enhancement of pharmacy workflows and policies.

Job Requirements

•   Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
•   Eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
•   Effective communication and interpersonal skills
•   Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
•   Commitment to provide compassionate and patient-centred care
•   Senior position will be considered for applicants with relevant experience
