Sr Patient Service Associate (EDFC)
Responsibilities:Incumbent will be required to perform multiple tasks of patient registration, deposit collection and provide financial counselling. Handling of decant transfers of patients to other hospitals and other adhoc administrative matters relating to patients' admission.
Requirements:Diploma in any discipline / GCE 'A' or 'O' Lvel / Higher NITEC / NITEC in any disciplinesPreferably with frontline / customer service experienceProficient in MS ExcelAble to work in a fast paced enviroment and multi-taskRequire to don PPE and N95 mask when situation calls for the need toAble to perform 3 rotating shifts on 6 day work week including weekends and public holidays.
