Sr / Medical Social Worker

We are seeking dedicated Medical Social Workers to join our expanding team across the NHG Health institutions.

• Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH)
• Institute of Mental Health (IMH)
• National Skin Centre (NSC)

The main role includes providing direct social work interventions such as casework, counselling, groupwork, home visits, and conducting assessment interviews with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services including casework, counselling, and care coordination
• Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy using evidence‑based modalities.
• Perform home visits to assess living environments, family dynamics, and support needs.
• Develop and implement intervention plans addressing emotional, social, and practical challenges faced by patients.
• Develop holistic treatment plans tailored to patients’ psychological, behavioral, and emotional needs.

 Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in social work
