Sr Manager/Manager, Division of Informatics & Data
Job Description:
Join the Division of Informatics & Data (DID) and play a key role in shaping TTSH's digital future. You will work at the intersection of digital transformation, informatics, data governance and organisational change, partnering with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders to drive initiatives that improve patient care, operational excellence and data-driven decision-making across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
- Lead the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of digital, informatics and data initiatives that support the hospital's strategic priorities, transformation agenda and organisational outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, project delivery and change management activities, including business requirements analysis, workflow redesign, solution evaluation, implementation planning, organisational readiness, communications and benefits realisation.
- Drive initiatives relating to healthcare information exchange, interoperability and systems integration, working with stakeholders across TTSH, NHG, Synapxe and external partners to enhance information sharing, care coordination and digital connectivity.
- Provide leadership and oversight for informatics and data committees, steering groups, workgroups, knowledge management platforms and cross-institutional initiatives, ensuring effective decision-making, follow-through and accountability.
- Contribute as a member of the DID management team by shaping divisional strategy, developing team capabilities, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across the division.
- Lead and develop direct reports, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management to build a high-performing and engaged team.
Requirements
- Degree from a recognised university in Information Management, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
- Preferably 5-8 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, health informatics, data governance, healthcare operations, project management, organisational change, policy development or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory, leadership or programme management experience, preferably within healthcare, healthcare technology or digital transformation environments.
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), healthcare interoperability, information governance, analytics platforms or digital health technologies would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, transformation programmes, governance initiatives or organisational change efforts involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise information and translate complex requirements into actionable outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including policy development, executive reporting, governance papers and stakeholder communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Professional certifications in Health Informatics, Project Management (e.g. PMP), Change Management, Business Analysis or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
