Sr Manager
NHG is embarking on a significant transformation of its budgeting and management reporting capabilities, and we're looking for a sharp, finance-savvy Project Manager to help make it happen. Reporting to the Director, Group Finance, you'll be at the centre of the action — coordinating workstreams, keeping stakeholders aligned, and ensuring the project lands on time and on spec. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and organisational change.
What You'll Do
You'll own the project plan — developing and maintaining timelines, tracking milestones, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. When risks and issues surface, you'll flag them early and work with the Project Lead to resolve them before they become problems.
On the functional side, you'll work closely with finance, IT, and operational teams to document requirements and translate them into system design decisions. This includes defining FTE allocation methodologies, cost allocation models, and reporting structures that support mission-based budgeting — so a solid grasp of how finance teams actually work is essential.
You'll serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and consultants, keeping communication clear and project momentum high. You'll facilitate workshops, coordinate UAT, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
When it comes to data, you'll support the migration of financial and workforce data into the new system, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the transition. You'll also help build the dashboards, reporting templates, and performance tracking tools that will shape how NHG's leadership views financial performance going forward.
Who You Are
You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, and bring at least three years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, or financial systems implementation. You've ideally been involved in a budgeting software or ERP implementation before — whether that's SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, or similar — and you know how to bridge the gap between what finance teams need and what a system can deliver.
You're proficient in Excel and Power BI, comfortable documenting business requirements, and confident presenting project updates to senior stakeholders. You're organised, detail-oriented, and the kind of person who spots a risk before it becomes a crisis.
Why This Role
This is a rare opportunity to shape a system that will transform budgeting and financial reporting across one of Singapore's largest public healthcare clusters. You'll work alongside senior leadership and gain deep exposure to mission-based budgeting and large-scale financial transformation — experience that will set you apart in your career.
