Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Medical

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Manager, Medical Talent Acquisition to lead strategic recruitment initiatives across the medical workforce. Key Responsibilities


Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition

  • Partner senior stakeholders across NHG institutions to develop and execute sustainable recruitment strategies for medical talent especially Specialist doctors
  • Anticipate workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines to support both operational hiring requirements and longer-term organisational growth.
  • Drive workforce planning discussions and provide market insights to influence recruitment strategies and hiring decisions.


Recruitment Excellence

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives for medical professionals across Singapore and international markets.
  • Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent through multiple channels, including professional networks, referrals, digital platforms, medical schools and industry associations.
  • Organise and lead recruitment events and overseas talent attraction initiatives where required.


Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Partner with Employer Branding teams to strengthen NHG's position as an employer of choice for healthcare professionals.
  • Develop targeted attraction campaigns, recruitment marketing initiatives and engagement strategies to enhance candidate experience and employer visibility.
  • Build relationships with universities, training institutions, professional bodies and healthcare communities to support long-term talent pipelines.


Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Build strong partnerships with clinical leaders, senior management and HR stakeholders across NHG institutions.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, search firms and external partners to optimise hiring outcomes and return on investment.
  • Influence and guide stakeholders on talent market trends, recruitment strategies and workforce challenges.


Recruitment Analytics & Operational Excellence

  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics, including hiring outcomes, pipeline health, time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present talent acquisition insights and workforce reports to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices across recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience.



What We're Looking For


Essential

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Workforce Planning or Executive Search.
  • Strong track record partnering senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing complex recruitment projects.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.

 

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for healthcare, medical, life sciences, academic, research, pharmaceutical or other specialised professional talent segments.
  • Exposure to regional or international recruitment programmes.
  • Experience managing recruitment agencies, search firms or external workforce partners.
