Sr Manager, HR Data and AI
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Reporting and Analytics professional to lead the HR reporting function and contribute to people analytics within Group Human Resources. The role owns statutory reporting to MOH, manpower reporting for senior leadership, dashboard development and governance, and end-to-end HR data extraction and management from SAP SuccessFactors. The incumbent will ensure that data pipelines, reporting logic, and dashboards are reliable, accurate, clearly documented, and fit for purpose.
Working across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and automation tools, the role will embed data, AI, and process improvements into HR operations. The incumbent will serve as a key coordination point between Group HR, institutions, MOH, Synapxe, HRIS, and external vendors to strengthen data governance, reporting consistency, and evidence-based decision-making across the cluster.
This role is suited for a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional who combines strong HR functional knowledge with hands-on technical capability in SAP SuccessFactors, SAC, Excel, Python or R, Power Automate, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Reporting, Analytics & Governance
- Manage end-to-end HR reporting and analytics, including management reporting, workforce dashboards, statutory submissions, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Coordinate with MOH, HRIS and vendors on reporting template updates and logic changes, ensuring seamless implementation without operational disruption.
- Lead the extraction, validation, and management of HR data from SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to support workforce planning and management decision-making.
- Provide actionable workforce insights and translate complex data into clear recommendations for HR and business leaders.
- Ensure compliance with audit, governance, and reporting requirements, including MOH and other regulatory submissions.
2. Digitalisation, Automation & AI Enablement
- Drive the continuous improvement of HR reporting processes through automation, standardisation, and workflow redesign.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python, R, Power Automate, and other approved tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of AI-enabled HR solutions, including the HR Policy Chatbot, to ensure quality, accuracy, and user adoption
3. Stakeholder Partnership & Capability Building
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HR analytics, reporting, and SAC dashboards, providing advisory support to HR and business stakeholders.
- Partner with MOH, Synapxe, HRIS, institutional HR teams, and vendors to align reporting standards, resolve issues, and implement system changes.
- Build analytics and digital capabilities across HR through training, knowledge sharing, and user support.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data, automation, and AI to improve HR operations, employee experience, and workforce decision-making.
- Support enterprise and cross-functional initiatives that require HR data, reporting, or analytical expertise.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, HR systems, or a related field.
- Experience in the public healthcare sector will be an advantage.
Technical & HR Knowledge
- Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, HR reporting, and data management.
- Experience in dashboard development and reporting tools, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and reporting automation.
- Good understanding of HR processes, workforce management concepts, and key HR metrics.
