Sr Manager, Digital Health Strategy & Transformation
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
This role serves as a contributor to support in advancing NHG's digital transformation by developing and executing comprehensive digital health strategies that align technology capabilities with organisational priorities. The position focuses on translating business requirements into actionable digital capabilities and solutions whilst ensuring governance compliance and fostering collaboration across stakeholders to drive innovation in healthcare technology, particularly in AI implementation and performance measurement.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning and Development
Assist in the overall planning, formulation, and execution of NHG's digital health strategy and workplan. Support the development of a comprehensive digital health workplan spanning the next three to five years, ensuring alignment with NHG's technology strategic priorities. Lead the development and implementation of GDH Workplan 2.5 to identify digital health capabilities that support strategic priorities and business needs.
Architecture and Governance
Support end-to-end IT architecture and solution reviews, providing oversight to ensure consistency and alignment with the NHG digital health workplan. Support policy review and governance processes, ensuring compliance with MOH directives, HealthTech Instruction Manual (HIM) policies, and ICT standards. Rationalise processes and business requirements, translating them into actionable digital capabilities and solutions for implementation.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Synapxe to develop comprehensive technology roadmaps, including national projects and programmes for digital capabilities. Plan and conduct GDH workshops to validate business needs and engage institutions regarding GDH Workplan 2.5. Coordinate multiple strategic initiatives, including workplan seminars, panel participation, and stakeholder visits.
AI Strategy and Innovation
Develop NHG's AI strategy and workplan in partnership with the HEAL team. Create Post-Implementation Review (PIR) frameworks to evaluate and measure AI project value and adoption rates.
Performance Management and Communication
Support the establishment of benchmark programmes to review NHG's technology capabilities and performance against industry standards, best practices, and norms. Support the provisioning and updating of communications platforms for DH Workplan and capabilities as a single source of truth repository. Prepare executive-level materials, including presentation decks, reports, and strategic documentation.
Management Support
Support the GCDHO and Director in management updates for Group Digital Health and undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned.
