Sr Executive

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager of the Virtual Care Centre (VCC) will support NHG Health VCC’s daily operations and contribute to the strategic expansion of NHG Health’s digital healthcare capabilities and its positioning as a market leader in virtual care. The role combines operational excellence with innovation to optimise care delivery processes, develop initiatives that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes, implement digital solutions, and manage virtual care workflows across multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistent service quality and a seamless resident experience.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, project management and analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies, together with adaptability to rapidly evolving digital technologies.
