       JOB PURPOSE

  1. The individual will support the organisation’s strategic growth and development in the area of Value Based Care (VBC) under Clinical & Academic Development. The primary responsibilities and duties include supporting the Director on strategic planning across NHG, assisting in work plan formulation, and facilitating the translation of technical requirements into a visualisation for data analysis to enable performance measurement.
  2. The individual will collaborate with cluster-wide multi-disciplinary teams, and external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Synapxe to align processes and resources planning to the Division’s overall VBC strategy.
  3. The individual will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, data analyst, Finance department and IT teams to conduct analysis using healthcare data, build and maintain data mart to drive value-based care initiatives across NHG cluster.

1. Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations.
  • Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis

2. Stakeholder Engagement & KPI monitoring

  • Assist in periodic KPI reviews by compiling and preparing data for analysis.
  • Flag anomalies or trends and conduct further review and action.
  • Present routine reports and updates to stakeholders

3. Data Capability Building & Standardisation

  • Contribute to data capability building and standardisation initiatives
  • Document processes, maintaining technical manuals and contributing to standard templates and workflows

      QUALIFICATIONS

-     Education: A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

-     Experience: Proven track record of using Tableau for visualization and analysis, along with a strong understanding of data management and interpretation to drive impactful decision making

-     Skills & Knowledge: Relevant experience in Project Management, Data Analytics and/or proficiency in programming language such as SQL, Python and/or R and visualization tools such as Tableau.
