Join the Division of Informatics & Data (DID) and play a key role in shaping TTSH's digital future. You will work at the intersection of digital transformation, informatics, data governance and organisational change, partnering with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders to drive initiatives that improve patient care, operational excellence and data-driven decision-making across the hospital.

 

Challenges

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of digital, informatics and data initiatives across the hospital.
  • Manage the Digital Concierge platform, including the coordination, triage and governance of requests relating to digital solutions, data access, analytics and informatics services.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand business needs, facilitate data and information requests, and support the delivery of effective and sustainable solutions.
  • Support project delivery activities, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, solution evaluation, implementation planning, project documentation and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop, review and maintain policies, standards and governance frameworks relating to data, information management and digital systems, ensuring compliance with organisational and national requirements.
  • Support institutional data governance efforts, including data access, sharing, stewardship and the responsible use of data assets.
  • Assist in change management, communications, training and capability-building initiatives to strengthen digital, informatics and data literacy across the organisation.
  • Support the Chief Data Officer (iCDO) in advancing TTSH's data strategy and fostering greater use of data, analytics and insights to improve decision-making and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across TTSH, NHG, Synapxe and other healthcare institutions on strategic digital, informatics and data initiatives.
  • Provide secretariat support to committees, steering groups, governance forums and project workgroups.

Requirements

  • Degree from a recognised university in Information Management, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, informatics, data governance, healthcare operations, policy development, project management or related fields.
  • Familiarity with data governance, information management, regulatory requirements and governance frameworks relating to the use, sharing and protection of information and data.
  • Experience in project delivery, business process improvement, workflow optimisation or stakeholder engagement would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with healthcare information systems, electronic medical records (EMR), analytics platforms or digital health technologies would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise information and translate requirements into actionable outcomes.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Professional certifications in Health Informatics, Project Management (e.g. PMP), Change Management or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
