Sr Executive (Programme Executive), Rehability@Home Programme
Job Description:
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery and operations of an innovative home-based rehabilitation programme. Working closely with clinicians, allied health professionals, operations teams, community partners, and vendors, you will drive programme implementation and oversee its day-to-day operations. This includes coordinating patient workflows, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth delivery of the programme while meeting KPIs and performance targets.
The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with operational, regulatory, and governance requirements. In addition, you will contribute to research and evaluation activities related to rehabilitation innovation, including data collection, monitoring, analysis, and reporting. The Challenges
- Programme Implementation and Operations
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of programme activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams (clinicians, allied health professionals, operations) and external stakeholders (vendors, partners)
- Organise and support programme meetings, including preparation of materials, documentation, and follow-up actions
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain effective working relationships across teams
- Monitor programme progress against KPIs and support tracking of performance indicators
- Identify operational gaps and support continuous improvement of workflows and processes
- Assist in planning and executing programme activities such as preparing orientation brochures.
- Programme Administration and Coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of programme records, including policies, workflows, agreements, and reports
- Support financial and administrative processes related to programme funding (e.g. tracking, reporting, coordination with stakeholders)
- Assist with procurement of equipment and resources in accordance with hospital policies
- Prepare and monitor programme workplans, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide general administrative coordination across programme activities and stakeholders

- Contribute as a proactive and collaborative team member in departmental and organisational initiatives
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer, Supervisor, HOD, or Programme Clinical Leads
The Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Services Management, Business, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or community care.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable using databases and electronic documentation systems
- Able to learn research and clinical data platforms (e.g. REDCap, ECOS, Epic-type systems)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with budgeting and administrative processes is an advantage
