Sr Executive, VIsitor Experience Services
Job Description:
The Challenges
You will support the Senior Manager, Visitor Experience Services and Director of Hospitality & Environmental Services in achieving departmental and hospital strategic goals.
In this role, you will lead a team of Service Ambassadors to deliver high standards of customer service, actively engaging patients and visitors to provide an exceptional visitor experience. You will oversee daily campus operations, including ward visitor registration, wayfinding services, and VIP guest management.
You will also be responsible for team management, including training, scheduling, and service performance evaluation, to ensure efficient operations and optimal service delivery. In addition, you will work closely with hospital stakeholders to drive departmental and divisional initiatives, and lead improvement projects aligned with the hospital’s overall strategic direction.

Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, with 1–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Healthcare
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Good time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Exposure to healthcare settings, with practical knowledge or experience in hospital operations, clinical units, or project management would be an advantage
