Sr Executive, Communications
We seek a dynamic and self-driven communications all-rounder to help manage and develop high quality content for campaigns and events for our hospital, social channels and website.
This role blends content and creative strategy across our website and social media platforms. He/she should be familiar in creating content that is discoverable on search engines and optimised for AI-driven search experiences, ensuring maximum visibility, engagement, and conversion.
The ideal candidate is people-oriented and has a passion for the arts, creating and managing regular events for staff and patients in TTSH.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SPECIFIC
Content Creation & Campaign Management
- Strong storytelling skills with an eye for engaging, audience-focused content on social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and website
- Day-to-day support for internal and external stakeholders and handle campaign enquiries
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with editing software and app (eg. Adobe/Canva/CapCut/AI tools)
Events and Partnership Management
- Liaise with potential performing artists/organisations on marketing and event support for TTSH’s Art of Healing programme and other key events
- Assist in pre-event planning, publicity and logistics with internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with guest lists, craft invitations and follow up with guest enquiries when required
- Provide actual day and post-event support
- Craft surveys and manage feedback
Digital Marketing
- Adopt and implement Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) best practices across digital platforms
- Conduct keyword research, and continuously enhance on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, and internal linking, to ensure long term visibility in AI-powered search results
- Good copywriting skills
- Good eye for design, able to produce basic graphic design
GENERAL
- A natural presenter with good interpersonal skills and excellent time management
- Passion for healthcare and public service
- Keen interest in AI developments, SEO algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices
- Takes pride to deliver high quality work
- Assist RO in key projects when required and any other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA in Communications, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences preferred
- At least 2 years’ experience in managing website, social media accounts, or SEO/GEO
- At least 1 years’ experience in events management
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Relevant internship experience will be considered
COMPETENCIES
- Digital savvy: Proficient with web content management platforms (SiteCore, SharePoint Online, etc), social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), M365 suite.
- Website performance monitoring (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Proficiency in production and post-production tools: Software like Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut.
- Creativity: A flair for storytelling, visual content, and engaging copywriting
- Strong professional demeanor and comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders and external contacts.
- Ability to manage content calendars efficiently, multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
