Sr Executive, 9 months Temp

As an HR Shared Services & HRIS Support Executive, you will contribute to three key areas: HR Shared Services support, HRIS operations, and central HR data management.

You will provide first-level support to HR users on system-related enquiries, support payroll UAT activities, manage HRIS requests and access administration, and monitor data replication issues, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

HR Shared Services Support

  • Provide support and guidance to HR users on system-related inquiries.
  • Help HR users understand processes and analyse employee data accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.

HRIS Support

  • Address HRIS-related queries from NHG institutions promptly and professionally.
  • Support 1FSS Payroll through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Assist users with timely S/4HANA password resets.

HRIS Request System Administration

  • Oversee and manage the HRIS Request System.
  • Assign tasks to appropriate team members.
  • Manage user access rights and permissions within the system.

Data Replication Error Monitoring

  • Monitor and manage data replication error reports.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of replication issues.

Central Data Team Operations

  • Manage and execute mass HR data uploads for NHG Cluster and 1FSS Payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Provide operational support for cluster-wide HR cycles (July & December bonuses, January & July promotion exercises).
  • Guide HR users on inquiries related to mass uploads.

Project & Ad Hoc Support

  • Support scheduling and coordination of Weekly Team Lead Meetings (with Sharon) and Quarterly Circle Meetings.
  • Provide additional ad hoc support as required
  1. JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

    1. Education/Training/Experience

 

    • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
    • Knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (HRIS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations
