Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detaildriven HR professional to support disciplinary case management, policy matters, industrial relations, and governance. This role involves managing disciplinary investigations, maintaining accurate case records, preparing reports, and tracking case metrics while ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. You will support the review and implementation of HR policies and work instructions, assist with grievance handling and unionrelated activities, and contribute to the audit and continuous improvement of HR processes. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Disciplinary Case Management

  1. Support the management of disciplinary cases by gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and documenting findings
  2. Ensure all investigations adhere to company policies and legal requirements
  3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all disciplinary cases
  4. Prepare comprehensive investigation reports and supporting documentation
  5. Ensure proper filing and storage of confidential case materials
  6. Update and maintain disciplinary cases dashboard regularly
  7. Track key metrics related to case resolution and timeline adherence

 

Policy Review & Development

  1. Assist in the review and update of HR policies and framework
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and understand operational challenges that may require policy updates
  3. Support the communication on new or revised policies
  4. Assist in the drafting and review of work instructions related to HR matters

 

Industrial Relations

  1. Assist in labour relations matters, including grievance handling
  2. Coordinate union related activities and events

 

Others

  1. Coverage for secretarial duties to CHRO, IMH 

 

Requirements:

Competency

Educational and Professional Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management with 3-6 years of working experience in human resource functions
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  3. Meticulous and independent
