Assistant Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager (NHG Health Group Clinical Education)
NHG Health is one of the sponsoring institutions/cluster in Singapore to offer the residency training programmes for doctors pursuing postgraduate medical education. The Assistant Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager supports NHG Residency in managing the different types of funding and disbursement, as well as NHG Health Group Clinical Education budget and finances.
Responsibilities:
- Manage fund receipts from MOH and disbursement of funds to institutions;
- Prepare and submit funding KPI reports to management and MOH;
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budget submissions and fund utilization;
- Assist in audit preparation and coordination and support financial year-end closing activities.
The Assistant Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager would also be provided with opportunities to be involved in other intra- and inter-departmental projects to achieve the institution's vision, mission and strategic objectives. This would be done by matching the aspirations and competence of the Assistant Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager to the needs of the projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(a) Education/Training/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferably with at least 2 years of work experience
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
- Experience in healthcare, finance or education background would be an advantage
