Key Responsibilities

 

Fund Administration and Governance

  • Manage the IMH’s Charity Fund operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines  
  • Prepare financial documentation for Board meeting
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Review and verify financial reports including monthly statements and annual submissions to Charity Portal and IRAS
  • Monitor and ensure proper documentation and filing as per regulatory compliance matters.  
  • Managing IPC renewal process (triennial)
  • Review and update financial aspects of Constitution, Operating Rules, Work Instructions as needed.

 

Financial Management

  • Review and consolidate fund projections for fixed deposit/ Treasury bills placements decisions
  • Review and approve fund disbursement activities for mental health-related services and community programs.
  • Prepare projections and annual budget reports as required by HQ
  • Process monthly GIRO collection on staff giving campaign via DBS Ideal

 

Process Improvement / Procurement

  • Identify and implement process automation opportunities
  • Explore new grant funding avenues

 

Grant Management

  • Spearhead grant applications including CST and President’s Challenge
  • Prepare and submit annual Charity Transparency Awards applications
  • Review applications for funding and procedure papers

 

Program Support and Development

  • Collaborate with program owners on financial planning and fund utilization
  • Support fundraising initiatives and corporate partnerships
  • Manage the disbursement of funds to third-party vendors for mental health-related services
  • Facilitate process automation and explore new funding opportunities
