Sr Asst Manager (Human Resource)
You will manage a multi-faceted portfolio of medical staff remuneration, ensuring precision and compliance as part of our Medical HR team. This role offers the opportunity to future-proof our operations and influence how we scale our specialised compensation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Payment: Oversee end-to-end processing for specialised payouts, bonuses, incentives, and allowances.
- Billing: Manage billing cycles for shared staff appointments with partners to ensure timely and accurate cost recovery.
- Governance: Ensuring records and submissions are audit-ready and compliant with relevant guidelines and policies.
- Process Transformation: Drive the enhancement of current workflows by leveraging Excel or automation tools (VBA, RPA, Power Query) to build robust, scalable systems that leave an impact on how we operate.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience: Min 3-6 years in HR, Finance Operations, Payroll, Audit or HRIS. While compensation experience is a plus, we value your ability to manage high-volume data in a sustainable way by leveraging automation over specific HR background which will be enhanced on the job.
- Technical Edge: Strong Excel skills are essential (e.g. nested formulas, data validation). You should be comfortable managing large datasets and have an interest in using technology to streamline and automate recurring tasks.
- Meticulous Mindset: You have a high degree of accountability when handling sensitive data, an instinct for spotting data anomalies, and a commitment to accuracy.
