• Handle recurring BAU changes as they arise, and configuration updates driven by SAP's 1H/2H release cycles.
• Act as secondary support for several SuccessFactors module, including running first-cut/internal testing on EC changes and coordinating with HRSS and institution HRIS teams before formal testing -providing functional direction on scope and readiness rather than holding formal reporting authority over these teams.
• Coordinate with vendors on tickets, patches, and releases affecting the owned module

• Support planned projects and larger enhancement initiatives (e.g. institution transfers, module rollouts, cross-module changes) from requirements through UAT and deployment.
• Maintain CR and project documentation — requirements, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and release notes.
Continuous Improvement & Documentation
• Contribute module-specific ideas and input on how utilisation is tracked and measured andpropose initiatives to drive higher utilisation for the assigned module — partnering with the team member who owns HRIS utilisation tracking overall, rather than owning tracking directly.
• Spot recurring issues or process gaps surfacing from BAU and CR patterns and propose configuration or process improvements.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, user guides, and configuration documentation for the owned module to support consistent institution-wide usage.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of HRIS operations, HR technology or enterprise system support experience.
• Strong experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, D365).
• Strong understanding of HR business requirements and issues, current system configurations and SuccessFactors platform limitation, - able to flag considerations stakeholders need to be aware of, apply leading practice and propose improved processes.
Preferred Skills
• Advanced, hands-on functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors across the modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
