Sr Asst Manager, HRBP
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end HR projects, from scoping and planning through to implementation and post-implementation review
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage project timelines and resources.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively
Policy Development
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies and frameworks aligned to organisational strategy and regulatory requirements
- Conduct environmental scans and benchmark against industry and healthcare sector best practices
- Engage stakeholders to build consensus and secure buy-in
- Monitor and update policies in line with changes to employment legislation, organisational decisions and sector guidelines
General HR Advisory
- Provide HR advisory support to department heads and line managers on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management
Requirements
- General Degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or public sector environment
- Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives
Competencies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses sufficient technical aptitude to independently troubleshoot and develop simple automation solutions to address localised HR operational challenges
