Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end HR projects, from scoping and planning through to implementation and post-implementation review
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage project timelines and resources.
  • Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively

 

Policy Development

  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies and frameworks aligned to organisational strategy and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct environmental scans and benchmark against industry and healthcare sector best practices
  • Engage stakeholders to  build consensus and secure buy-in 
  • Monitor and update policies in line with changes to employment legislation, organisational decisions and sector guidelines

 

General HR Advisory

  • Provide HR advisory support to department heads and line managers on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management

 

Requirements

  • General Degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or public sector environment
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses sufficient technical aptitude to independently troubleshoot and develop simple automation solutions to address localised HR operational challenges
