Responsibilities and Roles
As the Sr Asst Manager/Asst Manager (OD), you will support the OD function in driving system-level transformation and innovations at the intersection of people, process and system changes within the healthcare eco-system. You will contribute to organisation diagnostics, workforce and work redesign, culture and engagement initiatives, change management, team effectiveness and organisational learning, using evidence-based and data-driven approaches to support practical OD interventions. You will also take responsibility for the coordination and delivery of specific OD interventions from front to end, in addition to organising and facilitating OD dialogues, workshops and conversations.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experiences in strategic planning, organisation development, change management, learning and development, workforce development, and human resources.
- Demonstrable skills and experiences in large-group facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management will be an advantage.
