  • Provide administrative and coordination support for system implementation and enhancement initiatives

 

  • Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities on assigned test scenarios, document results and log system issues for review by technical team.

 

  • Provide support for post implementation activities, issues escalation and follow up

 

  • Support system configuration maintenance activities at institution level and cluster level (appointment basis) by carrying out updates based on approved instructions
  • Support the maintenance of change documentations relating to system configuration updates to ensure proper tracking and versioning

 

  • Assist manager in preparing training materials and conduct trainings for system enhancements and implementations

 

  • Assist manager in preparing and providing accurate statistical data/report to MOH/Management by stipulated deadline

 

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the manager in engagements of team and departmental level activities.

 

  • Perform assigned duties when rostered on Saturday.
