Snr Clinical Research Co-ordinator
This position provides administrative and project management support to the Project Lead for an MOH- grant funded project for testing and evaluation of commercially available radiology AI models. The role requires close coordination with multiple stakeholders across healthcare institutions, project teams, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings and schedules, supporting project operations, managing data and documentation, and assisting with grant administration such as claims processing and preparation of progress reports.
The project focuses on the evaluation and development of best practices for healthcare technology assessment, with outcomes contributing to guidelines and benchmarking across selected clinical use areas.
JOB SUMMARY
- To provide assistance to the investigators in the conduct and implementation of all aspects of clinical research / clinical trials.
- Perform a wide variety of coordination activities related to clinical research / clinical trial implementation. However, procedures required in the study can only be performed in accordance to his / her qualification and licensure
- Be a preceptor and leader to other clinical research co-ordinators. Help promote a working environment of collegiality and effective teamwork.
- Implement and maintains quality assurance and quality control programmes in the Coordination Section.
- Develop and conduct structured training and educational programmes for Assistant Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Research Coordinators and Research Assistants.
- Supports sectional and unit initiatives to review and improve processes to achieve unit’s and organizational goals
- Supports Unit Leader in operational and administrative matters.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research or related fields or Nursing
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Experience in project and/or data management
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in administrative processes, including reporting and documentation
