Senior Manager
JOB PURPOSE
The individual will spearhead the development and implementation of Value Based Care (VBC) strategies and portfolio in support of NHG's vision for population health across the spectrum of care.
This includes driving cluster-wide initiatives across acute hospitals, polyclinics, and national specialty centres to optimise clinical outcomes, patient experience, and resource utilisation. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare delivery, data analytics, and value-based care principles.
Work closely with NHG institutions, the individual will coordinate and scale VBC initiatives, translating complex healthcare data into actionable insights that inform care delivery improvements. The individual will also collaborate across institutions and with external stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption of outcome-driven care models, in close partnership with clinical stakeholders, Operations, Value and Finance colleagues across NHG to ensure that desired value-driven improvements are implemented effectively and sustained at scale across the cluster.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Minimally a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 8 years of working experience in healthcare.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Skills & Knowledge: Proven track record of using Tableau for visualisation and analysis, along with a strong understanding of data management and interpretation to drive impactful decision-making.
- Relevant experience in Project Management, Data Analytics and/or proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or SQL.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to interact with and influence stakeholders across the care spectrum.
