Anchored across three Missions — Population Health, Community Health, and Primary Care — we drive and support the strategic development and implementation of population health transformation in synchronisation with national strategies and key programmes such as Healthier SG and Age Well SG.

Population Health Planning Team

The Planning team is the strategic backbone of NHG Population Health, ensuring the organisation has the clarity, focus, and alignment needed to deliver on its population health mission. Working at the intersection of national health priorities and organisational strategy, the team translates MOH and NHG Health directives into clear direction for its three Missions — Population Health, Community Health, and Primary Care. Through strategy and workplan development, performance monitoring, and corporate development, the Planning team enables informed decision-making and builds the organisational foundations for sustainable, long-term impact on the communities we serve.

Senior Manager, Planning Role

The Senior Manager, Planning, plays a key role in supporting NHG Population Health's strategic agenda by overseeing corporate development, governance, and administration. The role ensures that planning efforts remain closely aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives, enabling the three Missions to deliver sustainable, long-term population health impact.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead planning and workplan development in alignment with the organisation's strategic priorities, including performance monitoring and reporting to management.
• Support senior management in driving strategic conversations and reviews at key leadership platforms.
• Lead the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Drive data protection frameworks in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and enforce corporate policies, and conduct internal audits to ensure continuous improvement.
• Advance NHG Population Health's sustainability agenda by embedding ESG principles into organisational planning and operations.
• Contribute to strategic projects by analysing complex, cross-cutting issues and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans to shape NHG Population Health's next phase of transformation.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in Planning, ERM, BCM, or Data Protection. Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders of varying seniority, diverse interests, and backgrounds.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to lead and develop peers and junior colleagues.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong self-discipline and a sense of responsibility.
• Resourceful and comfortable working in ambiguous situations with a can-do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently.
