Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Broad Function

In this role, the incumbent is to execute risk management plans for medico-legal cases and clinical complaints so as to ensure effective resolution for the organisation. In addition, he/she is to support the implementation or clinical risk management plans in the hospital. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Specific

  1. Manage the end-to-end process of clinical and medico-legal feedback, including initial assessment, investigations, coordination of a resolution efforts, and preparation of official response.

 

  1. Liaise with relevant clinical teams, departments and external parties as required. Ensure all feedback is acknowledged, tracked and resolved within established timeframes.

 

  1. Maintain comprehensive records of all cases by ensuring accurate documentation in case tracker. Prepare detailed reports for senior management and relevant committees on feedback trends, outcomes and recommendations.

 

General

  1. Support in capability building, initiatives and events in area of conflict management, medico-legal and clinical risk management.

 

  1. Provide administrative, executive and secretariat support for relevant committees.

 

  1. All other duties, as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements

  • Good degree from a recognised university.
  • Preferably possess 2 years of relevant experience in the management of medico-legal and clinical complaints, or risk management.
  • Candidates with working experience in healthcare or similar industry preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with positive mind-set are welcome to apply.
