Senior Executive

You will part of the Infrastructure and Facilities Management team to support the implementing and maintaining Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards in compliance with the WSH Act, MOM regulations, ISO 45001, and the Ensure Safety System (ESS).

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Safety Health

• Support the implementation of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements in line with MOM regulations, ISO 45001, and the Ensure Safety System (ESS).
• Assist with safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate WSH and fire safety training, maintain statutory records, and manage safety documentation.
• Support incident reporting and investigations, including tracking corrective actions.
• Maintain and update safety guidelines, procedures, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and chemical safety documentation.
• Provide administrative and secretariat support to the WSH Committee.
• Assist in emergency preparedness activities, occupational health programmes, and hazardous substances management.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements, codes of practice, audit preparation, and internal/external reviews.
• Coordinate and provide support for M&E-related safety matters and organization-wide ESS alignment.

A.    SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilities Maintenance

• Assist in overseeing day‑to‑day facility operations to ensure polyclinics are safe, functional, and patient‑ready.
• Assist in the responses to facility issues to minimize service disruption.
• Assist in the routine inspections and audits to maintain healthcare environmental standards.

Others

• Contributes to innovation projects and other essential improvement works.

• Performs any other duties assigned by your Reporting Officer
