Senior Executive/ Asst Manager

The Senior Executive will be part of the Education Technology & Analytics to harness technology-enabled solutions including AI applications and provide insightful business analysis for clinical education.

Duties & Responsibilities	Percentage of Time Spent	Measurement
AI-eNabled Education (AINE) Translate stakeholder requirements into practical technical solutions, implement approved application enhancements and bug fixes Develop and maintain application features using existing frameworks and technologies Plan and execute testing, validate new features, maintain technical documentation Monitor application health, investigate and troubleshoot reported defects / issues, escalate complex technical issues when required Support routine application maintenance, assist with deployments and release activities following established processes	60%	Requirements accurately captured, solutions delivered on time and to expectations Application features are stable, well-maintained and functioning as intended Thorough testing completed, documentation current and complete prior to release Application remains stable, defects resolved and escalated in a timely manner Maintenance on schedule, deployments and releases carried out smoothly
Project Management & Operations Coordinate and follow up on project-related tasks and activities to ensure timely completion Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce manual or repetitive tasks Support the department in adopting new technologies and solutions to improve work efficiency Support day-to-day administrative and IT operations to ensure smooth running with minimal disruption	30%	Project-related tasks and activities completed on time and within expectations Manual tasks reduced, productivity improved New technologies or solutions successfully introduced and adopted by the department Operations running smoothly with minimal disruption and requests attended to promptly
NHG/Group Clinical Education/Unit/Team Initiatives As assigned by Reporting Officer (RO) and senior management of Group Clinical Education	10%	Ability to take responsibility in performing the tasks assigned to him/her as a team leader. Updates RO on progress on a regular basis

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience/Skills & Knowledge

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Hands-on experience with Python programming and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Understanding of software development fundamentals, including testing, debugging and version control concepts
Familiarity with databases and data management concepts

Advantageous but Not Required

Exposure to web application development through internships, school projects or personal projects
Exposure to AI or Generative AI technologies
Good project management skills
