Clinical education plays a critical role in ensuring that healthcare professionals are well‑trained, competent, and continuously developing to meet evolving patient care needs. As an Executive in Clinical Education, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of education and training programmes that strengthen clinical capabilities across Woodlands Hospital.
Working closely with programme leads, faculty members, and administrative stakeholders, you will contribute to the efficient execution of training programmes and support initiatives that enhance professional development. Your role is key in ensuring that clinical education processes are well‑organised, compliant, and aligned to institutional goals.
What You Will Drive
1. Clinical Education Programme Support
- Provide administrative support for the planning, development, and management of clinical education programmes, including pre‑employment clinical training, post‑graduate education, and continuing professional development.
- Coordinate programme schedules, logistics, and learner engagement activities to ensure smooth delivery.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative leads to support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programmes and faculty development initiatives.
2. Learning Records & Documentation Management
- Manage the collection, maintenance, and organisation of training data, records, and documentation.
- Ensure proper upkeep of training materials, schedules, evaluation results, and reports.
- Prepare documentation in support of internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
3. Programme Administration & Secretariat Support
- Provide administrative and secretariat support for clinical education meetings, committees, and training‑related activities.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical education policies and guidelines where required.
- Facilitate coordination between stakeholders to ensure timely communication and alignment on programme activities.
4. Project Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate and support projects under the Clinical Education portfolio, working with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the People & Organisation Development (P&OD) team on cross‑functional and organisation‑wide initiatives.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Clinical Director (Clinical Education & Training) and supervisors.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Degree qualification preferred.
- Preferably up to 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare, education, or programme coordination roles.
- Experience in clinical education, administrative support, or training environments will be an advantage.
Professional Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels of stakeholders.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple programmes and timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with technology and digital platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning tools.
- Data‑savvy with the ability to manage and maintain information systems effectively.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Healthcare experience will be an advantage.
