Why This Role Matters

This is a 5‑month temporary contract role supporting the delivery of data, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives that enable better decision‑making and operational effectiveness across Woodlands Hospital.

As healthcare becomes increasingly data‑driven, the ability to translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions is essential. In this role, you will work across business, technology, and data teams to drive project execution, align stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of data and AI initiatives. Your work will contribute to improving insights, strengthening decision‑making, and supporting the organisation's digital transformation journey.

 

What You Will Drive

1. Project Planning & Delivery

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budget tracking.
  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from requirements gathering through development, testing, implementation, and post‑implementation monitoring.
  • Track project outcomes and ensure delivery of agreed objectives within established timelines.

 

2. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Work closely with business users, data teams, IT teams, and data governance stakeholders to align project goals and requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear project requirements and functional specifications.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations for management and key stakeholders.

 

3. Data, Analytics & AI Implementation

  • Support the planning and implementation of data, analytics, business intelligence, and AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with analysts and technical teams to monitor project progress and solution performance.
  • Drive user adoption and support change management activities following implementation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes, reporting capabilities, and solution effectiveness.

 

4. Vendor & Resource Management

  • Manage external vendors and partners, including deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate project resources and support issue resolution to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation measures where necessary.

 

5. Other Responsibilities

  • Support digital transformation, analytics, and innovation initiatives across the organisation as assigned.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer in support of departmental and organisational objectives.

 

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3–4 years of experience managing data, analytics, business intelligence, or digital transformation projects.
  • Proven project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects successfully.
  • Familiarity with data concepts, including data pipelines, dashboards, data warehouses, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
