Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Operations (Oncology)
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our Oncology Operations team at TTSH. In this role, you will manage strategic initiatives, support clinical operations, and drive projects that directly enhance patient care in oncology. Working closely with clinical leads and key stakeholders, you will help shape the patient journey, redesign care models, and support the effective delivery of oncology services across the hospital and beyond.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Initiatives: Support and drive the implementation of hospital-defined goals in alignment with national (MOH) and cluster-level (NHG Health) strategies. Major projects include oncology capacity and capability building for NHG Health/TTSH, right-siting and collaborative care models with Community and Primary Care partners, and other patient-centric care enhancements.
- Clinical Operations: Manage departmental projects and operational needs end-to-end, including coordinating across multiple stakeholders, handling procurement, preparing funding proposals and business case, and overseeing project management. Drive workflow improvements and process redesign to enhance service quality, optimise efficiency, and deliver an excellent patient care journey.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with clinical and non-clinical departments to implement patient-centric initiatives, develop sustainable value-based care models, and support the strategic redesign of clinical services. Build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels.
- Performance Management and Data Analysis: Formulate business proposals and monitor key performance indicators to ensure business sustainability and operational excellence. Conduct data analysis and reporting to generate insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Administrative Oversight: Handle general administration, services agreements, and other operational matters to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the unit.
What We Are Looking For

- Prior experience in hospital clinical operations or healthcare administration is an advantage, though not a prerequisite.
- Familiarity with data management, financials, or oncology care will be a plus.
- Organised and meticulous, with strong analytical skills, a flair for numbers, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good command of written and spoken English, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic about learning on the job, and willing to go the extra mile to see things through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
* We will offer the successful candidate an appropriate job title that aligns with TTSH's designation framework and commensurate with his/her relevant years of work experience.
