Senior Executive, Operation Admin (Clinical Operation)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(A) SPECIFIC (80%)
1. Partner and support the designated Head of Department (HOD) of Clinical
Departments for the development and operational management of clinical
services throughout the care continuum. This collaboration will include on
identifying and driving opportunities for the growth of both new and existing
clinical services.
2. Joint accountability with Chair of Clinical Division and Heads of Clinical
Departments in meeting business, financial and operational performance
indicators of the department. This would include, but not limited to, patient
workload in various care settings, Financial Performance, SOC appointment lead
time and surgical lead time (if applicable) and any relevant operational patient
care outcomes.
3. Collaborate with Chair of Clinical Division and Heads of Clinical Departments on
regular review of Clinical Department/ service line performance indicators (i.e.,
Balance Score Card, Financial Performance) and ensure optimum utilization of
resources to improve efficiency and patient care outcomes through innovation
and improvement.
4. Develop and execute business plan and marketing strategies to improve
workload identified for growth to meet organizational and population needs.
5. Work closely with Clinical HODs and Operation HODs to raise the profile and
image of the department and its doctors.

6. Work closely with stakeholders on the purchase of medical equipment/
equipment to support clinical services of the department.
7. Support in data management and analysis of performance indicators.

improving processes to achieve operational excellence.
5. Perform any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
