1. Job Purpose

The Senior Executive provides operational and secretariat support to the Deputy Director/Senior Manager, and the broader Group Allied Health (GAH) team in the delivery of work plans and initiatives across NHG Allied Health. He/She will support projects and programmes in workforce development, care integration, and professional group governance, contributing to GAH's mission of advancing Allied Health across the cluster. This role offers a fresh graduate a unique vantage point into cluster-level healthcare governance and strategy, with exposure to senior leadership and cross-institutional stakeholder engagement across NHG's Allied Health community of 4,000 professionals.

 

2. Areas of Responsibility

 

  • Provides end-to-end secretariat support for NAC Meetings, GAH Department Meetings, People Strategy Meetings, and assigned Professional Group Sub-Councils, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, minutes, and post-meeting action tracking
  • Keeps GAH running smoothly by managing day-to-day administrative and finance functions, ensuring operational continuity and a well-organised working environment for the team
  • Manages corporate gift inventory, including stock tracking, condition assessment, and replenishment planning
  • Assists in the coordination of engagement activities for NHG Allied Health scholars and sponsored students, supporting the development of the next generation of Allied Health professionals
  • Supports GAH's participation in IHL outreach and talent engagement events e.g. Allied Health Open House, contributing to NHG Allied Health's presence and positioning as an employer of choice among Allied Health students and graduates

 

3. Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a science, health, social, or business-related discipline
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or work experience in a healthcare, public sector, or events coordination setting will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with Singapore's healthcare system and programmes will be an advantage
