Job Description:
You will be an integral member of the department, performing administrative and office support activities. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and will be required to undertake other administrative tasks as assigned by your supervisor. The ideal candidate must possess a positive attitude, pleasant personality, and strong team spirit, being able to provide efficient administrative support to the department while adapting to constant change and challenges.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support for departmental activities
- Coordinate meetings, training, and stakeholder engagements
- Manage departmental records, documentation, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate service delivery
- Coordination of conferences and training programmes
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives

Educational and Professional Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels with at least 3 years of related experience preferred
