What You Will Drive

This is a Maternity coverage role to support financial planning and analysis in Woodlands Hospital. Scope of work includes but not limited to costing & pricing of services, participation in system rollout/enhancements, projection and budgeting.


Major Duties & Responsibilities

Specific

  • FY26 Projection and FY27 Budget Average Bill Size

  • PIC for Annual fee revision review, including preparation of yearly endorsed fee revision submission to MOH and collation/analysis of unendorsed fee revision

  • Support rolling out of new packages

  • Onboarding CoSy (Costing Systemisation) System and assisting on cost model relating to assigned areas (ie. Wards/ED)

  • Review NBS service requests raised to patch affected bills due to NBS incident tickets, retest of fixes for NBS incident tickets and rotation of RPA bill checks with the team

  • NBS2.0 UAT testing


General

  • Ad-hoc simulations/evaluations requested by MOH through group prior to policy changes

  • Ad-hoc financial evaluations for new services


Job Requirements

Education / Training / Experience

  • Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Statistics/Business Analytics

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience in healthcare industry with financial planning & analysis or management accounting is an added advantage
